In a constant game of contrast and mimesis, we play with the human suit to remember (become conscious of) our essence as part of a single interconnected body, nature. We rediscover pieces of our truth in the mirror of it. It is a path we walk instinctively – poetically and comically in the theater of life.
Our body is animal, our body is plant, our body is rock (mineral).
We are magic.

I CREATE GARDENS

Plants transform us. They are silent and slow, yet, when you least expect it, you become aware of the power of their presence. I remember being surrounded by plants as a child, in the gardens of every house I lived in. I recall my grandmother teaching me how to nurture and multiply them—and how good that felt. A garden is a home-space where we share life with other beings that inhabit and shape it. It’s a diverse, rich, living universe—not only of plants but also of insects and animals. In my experience with architecture, landscaping, and urban planning, one constant has always been the value of interaction with the plant world and its significant contribution to health and community life. Just as I had the privilege of growing up in a place where gardens were part of nearly every home, now, living in a city that grows vertically, I love bringing this world closer to households to nurture and strengthen our bond with nature.
